Kaffakuffa Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Kaffakuffa! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kaffakuffa app ("App") and services provided by Ecotori Oy ("Ecotori," "we," "our," "us"). By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the App

- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

- Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods in connection with the App.

5. Rewards Program

1. Earning Rewards: You earn points ("Stars") for purchases made at participating cafes using the App. The specific terms for earning and redeeming Stars are provided within the App and may be subject to change.

2. Redemption: Stars can be redeemed for rewards as specified in the App. Ecotori reserves the right to modify the redemption process and the value of Stars at any time.

3. Expiration: Stars may expire if not used within a certain period, as specified in the App.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of Ecotori and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and patent laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any of the content or materials without our prior written permission.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

1. No Warranty: The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ecotori shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our Website and App and will become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
